مرحباً بك في رواق. باستخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط: ١. الخدمة: رواق منصة وساطة لحجز المزارع في الأردن تربط المستأجرين بأصحاب المزارع، وليست طرفاً في العقد بينهما. ٢. الحسابات: أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وسرية كلمة مرورك. يجب أن تكون فوق 18 عاماً لإنشاء حساب. ٣. الحجوزات والدفع: طلب الحجز يبقى معلقاً حتى موافقة صاحب المزرعة خلال ساعة واحدة. بعد الموافقة يُحوَّل المبلغ بنكياً خلال ساعة واحدة مع إرسال صورة الإيصال عبر واتساب إلى رقم الدعم، ويُؤكَّد الحجز بعد تحقق الإدارة من الدفع؛ وإلا يُلغى الطلب تلقائياً. الأسعار المعروضة نهائية. ٤. الإلغاء: يمكن إلغاء الطلب المعلق أو الذي بانتظار الدفع في أي وقت، والحجز المؤكد حتى 24 ساعة قبل موعده. بعد ذلك يتطلب الإلغاء التواصل مع صاحب المزرعة أو الإدارة. ٥. أصحاب المزارع: يلتزم صاحب المزرعة بصحة بيانات مزرعته وصورها وأسعارها، وبجاهزيتها في مواعيد الحجوزات المقبولة. ٦. الاستخدام المقبول: يُحظر أي استخدام مسيء أو احتيالي أو مخالف للقانون، ويحق للإدارة إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة. ٧. المسؤولية: تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي، ولا تتحمل رواق مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام المزرعة أو النزاعات بين الطرفين. ٨. التعديلات: قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقة على النسخة المحدثة.

Welcome to Rawaq. By using the app you agree to these terms: 1. The service: Rawaq is a chalet-booking marketplace in Jordan connecting renters with chalet owners; it is not a party to the contract between them. 2. Accounts: you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your password. You must be over 18 to create an account. 3. Bookings & payment: a booking request stays pending until the chalet owner approves it within one hour. Once approved, the amount is paid by bank transfer within one hour, with the receipt image sent via WhatsApp to the support number; the booking is confirmed after the administration verifies the payment — otherwise the request is cancelled automatically. Displayed prices are final. 4. Cancellation: a pending or awaiting-payment request can be cancelled anytime, and a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before its start. After that, cancelling requires contacting the owner or the administration. 5. Chalet owners: owners are responsible for the accuracy of their chalet details, photos and prices, and for the chalet being ready at accepted booking times. 6. Acceptable use: abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use is prohibited; the administration may suspend violating accounts. 7. Liability: the service is provided as-is; Rawaq is not liable for damages arising from chalet use or disputes between the parties. 8. Changes: these terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
