خصوصيتك تهمنا في رواق. توضح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك: ١. البيانات التي نجمعها: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، بيانات المزرعة (لأصحاب المزارع)، وسجل الحجوزات — إضافة إلى رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك عند تفعيلها. ٢. استخدام البيانات: لتشغيل الخدمة — إدارة الحسابات والحجوزات، إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بحجوزاتك، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث. ٣. مشاركة البيانات: يظهر اسمك ورقم هاتفك لصاحب المزرعة عند إرسال طلب حجز (وبالعكس عند القبول) لإتمام الخدمة. تُخزَّن البيانات لدى مزودي خدمات موثوقين (Google Firebase وCloudinary). صور إيصالات الدفع تُرسل منك مباشرة عبر واتساب إلى رقم الدعم ولا تُخزَّن داخل التطبيق. ٤. الوثائق: وثائق التحقق التي يرفعها أصحاب المزارع تُستخدم فقط للمراجعة من قبل الإدارة. ٥. حقوقك: يمكنك تعديل بياناتك من التطبيق، وحذف حسابك نهائياً من صفحة الحساب — وسيُحذف ملفك الشخصي مع بقاء سجل الحجوزات السابقة لدى الطرف الآخر. ٦. الأمان: تُحمى البيانات بقواعد وصول صارمة، ولا يمكن لأي مستخدم قراءة بيانات غيره. ٧. التواصل: لأي استفسار عن الخصوصية استخدم «تواصل مع الدعم» من صفحة الإعدادات لمراسلة الإدارة مباشرة.

Your privacy matters at Rawaq. This policy explains how we handle your data: 1. What we collect: name, email, phone number, chalet details (for owners), and your booking history — plus your device push token when notifications are enabled. 2. How it is used: to run the service — managing accounts and bookings, sending notifications about your bookings, and improving the app. We never sell your data to third parties. 3. Sharing: your name and phone number are shown to the chalet owner when you send a booking request (and vice-versa on acceptance) to complete the service. Data is stored with trusted providers (Google Firebase and Cloudinary). Payment receipt images are sent by you directly via WhatsApp to the support number and are not stored inside the app. 4. Documents: verification documents uploaded by chalet owners are used solely for review by the administration. 5. Your rights: you can edit your details in the app and permanently delete your account from the account page — your profile is removed while past booking records remain with the other party. 6. Security: data is protected by strict access rules; no user can read another user’s data. 7. Contact: for any privacy question, use “Contact support” on the settings page to message the administration directly.
